BMW M5 LCI F90 Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre Front Splitter by FORM (2020-2023)

The F90 M5 LCI gave BMW's super-saloon a sharper face — narrower laser headlights, redrawn kidneys, a more sculpted lower bumper. Form Industries' Performance Front Splitter is the part that finishes the job. A three-piece setup — centre blade plus dedicated left and right side splitters — drops the nose visually, widens the front track, and pushes the LCI bumper into proper motorsport-derived territory.

Each piece is laid up in pre-preg carbon fibre with a 2x2 twill weave matched across all three components, so the weave alignment carries cleanly from one side of the bumper to the other. Pre-preg construction — resin and cloth bonded under heat and pressure in an autoclave — produces a part that's lighter, stiffer, and dimensionally truer than wet-laid carbon, with a deep gloss finish that holds up against UV and weather.

The splitter was engineered specifically for the LCI bumper, not adapted from a pre-LCI part. The centre piece follows the revised lower air dam, the side blades pick up the redrawn corner intakes, and the three pieces sit together as a single resolved design — no gapping, no awkward steps, no afterthought fitment.
