Tesla Model S Plaid Facelift II Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre Front Lip by Adro (2021+)

The Model S has always carried itself with restraint — clean surfaces, soft chamfers, very little drama at the front end. Adro's Carbon Fiber Front Lip is built for owners who want to inject some of that drama back in without breaking the car's design language. It drops the nose visually, sharpens the leading edge, and gives the front fascia the kind of definition Tesla's stylists left intentionally open.

Construction is pre-preg carbon fiber, autoclave-cured, with a tight 2x2 twill weave that runs true from end to end. That matters: pre-preg starts with resin already evenly distributed through the cloth, so the cured part is denser, lighter, and more consistent than the wet-laid carbon used on lower-tier alternatives. The finish is a deep, mirror-grade gloss that sits flush against the bumper and reads as factory-spec under any lighting.

Adro developed the lip from 3D scan data of the Model S nose, then refined the underside profile through CFD simulation. The result is a part that fits without persuasion — no shimming, no trimming — and does real work in airflow management, smoothing the path of air around and under the front end to reduce front-axle lift and improve stability as speeds climb.
