Unlike conventional lowering springs, the MMR Height Adjustable Sport Spring (HAS) Kit lets you fully customize the ride height of your BMW G87 M2, G80 M3, or G82 M4. Whether you want a subtle drop or an aggressive stance, this kit allows you to infinitely fine-tune front and rear heights until your car sits exactly how you want.

By retaining the factory Adaptive M dampers, this solution is far more cost-effective than a full coilover upgrade, while preserving the sophistication and quality of your original suspension—giving you the best of both worlds.

The adjustment mechanism works just like a coilover setup: four threaded perches sit beneath the springs, allowing you to raise or lower the ride height with a simple turn until you achieve the perfect height and rake. The kit provides a generous lowering range of 20–45mm front and 10–35mm rear compared to factory ride height.

The springs themselves are finished in MMR Metallic Grey and use carefully developed progressive rates to match the characteristics of the stock dampers. This ensures the perfect balance between improved handling during spirited driving and comfortable ride quality at normal speeds. Push through corners, and the G8X chassis comes alive—lighter, more direct, and with noticeably sharper turn-in.
